Junior Manchester Giants
The Junior Manchester Giants are beyond proud to announce the launch of our first-ever girls team!
The club have entered a team into the Under-12s North West Regional League for the 2025/26 season, marking a major milestone as we expand our offering to support and develop young female players from across Greater Manchester.
“This is an exciting new chapter for our club, and one we felt was long overdue,” said Jordi Pastor, Performance Director at the Junior Giants. “We're proud to take this important step forward and are fully committed to developing the girls programme with the same passion and standards we've brought to our boys teams.”
As a club we acknowledge the launch would not have been possible without the backing of those who share our vision, to that end everyone at the Giants extends a huge thank you to our partner club, Trafford Basketball, for their incredible support in making this possible. Their collaboration has been key in helping us take this important step, and we are grateful for their shared commitment to growing the game.
